Value Centre, Irelands leading cash and carry network recently hosted its annual Customer Appreciation Race Night at Dundalk Stadium, marking the second successive year of the industry networking event.
The event, which was hosted and supported by four Value Centre branches representing the North East region – Drogheda, Dundalk, Cavan and Carrickmacross – attracted over 850 local customers, including a number of XL retailers. The exclusive event is about rewarding loyal Value Centre customers, giving them the opportunity to network and socialise, to the backdrop of some exciting horse racing.
Fintan Smyth, Manager of Value Centre Dundalk said, “The Value Centre Customer Appreciation Race Night is a great opportunity for us to recognise and thank our customers for their continued support. Dundalk Stadium is a fantastic venue to host such an event and we really hope that everyone enjoyed the opportunity to network with their peers.”
Emma Meehan, Sales and Marketing Manager of Dundalk Stadium said, “On behalf of Dundalk Stadium, I would like to thank all the Value Centre customers for what was a very enjoyable night. It is a testament to the brand and its management that they are recognising the full potential of the event as it goes from strength to strength.”
There was lots of fun and entertainment, along with a raffle giving customers a chance to stake their claim on a number of top prizes including TVs, Sat Navs and Blu Ray players. Significant funds were also raised for the Value Centre Charity of the Year – Living Links, which provides nationwide help and support to those bereaved by suicide.
