Local supermarket invited shoppers to come along and sample delicious product range
EUROSPAR Ballymun Road invited customers to taste the best their area has to offer at a delicious Food Fair this week.
Shoppers flocked to the supermarket to sample food from local suppliers like K & K Produce, fruit and vegetable farmers from the Dublin area, as well as tasty treats from Insomnia Coffee Company and Subway.
As well as the mouth-watering free refreshments on offer, customers also enjoyed prize giveaways throughout the event.
Store Manager Seamus Sheridan said it’s all part of EUROSPAR Ballymun Road’s commitment to supporting the local community.
He said, “The local community and its needs are very important to us in EUROSPAR Ballymun Road. We’re proud to be a part of our local community and to support it in any way we can, both through employing local people in store and by supporting local suppliers, which is why we decided to host the Food Fair.
I’m delighted so many of our customers came along on the day and sampled what their local area has to offer.”
EUROSPAR Ballymun Road first opened in 2002.
The supermarket provides employment for 42 full and part time staff locally and is open from 7am to 11pm , Monday to Sunday.
