Lucky for some – free popcorn giveaway to celebrate store’s TV debut on June 13th
SPAR Monkstown is about to become famous as the star of the new SPAR Euro Crunch TV ad campaign.
The TV Campaign, which showcases the amazing value SPAR Euro Crunch deals, was partly shot on location in retailer Ken MacKay’s Monkstown store.
Now Ken wants to celebrate his store’s new fame, giving customers a free bag of popcorn with every purchase worth €10 or more to coincide with the SPAR Euro Crunch ad’s TV debut on June 13th.
Ken said, “I was thrilled when I was told my store had been chosen as the set of the new SPAR Euro Crunch ad. It’s a real honour, and it shows that all our hard work in store is paying off.
“I want to share our big moment with my valued customers, which is why I’m giving away free popcorn with every purchase on or over €10 on the day of the Euro Crunch ad’s TV debut, June 13th.
“Come in and claim your bag, and make sure you tune in to watch your local store on TV.”
The quirky SPAR Euro Crunch ad campaign, titled ‘Get Your Life Back’, portrays SPAR customers enjoying hobbies from water skiing to bird watching, and shows how easily SPAR’s Euro Crunch promotion can fit in to your daily routine.
Suzanne Weldon, Marketing & Communications Director at BWG Foods (owners and operators of the SPAR brand in Ireland) said, “We wanted to choose one of our best stores to film the SPAR Euro Crunch ad, as it’s all about our best offers. I hope all Ken’s customers in SPAR Monkstown enjoy watching their local store on TV, and make sure they tuck in to some free popcorn for the TV debut.”
