BWG Foods marketing has been recognised at a number of high profile industry Awards with the Team shortlisted for the ‘Marketing Team of the Year’ Award at next week’s prestigious All-Ireland Marketing (AIM) Awards.
The All-Ireland Marketing Awards programme, organised by The Marketing Institute of Ireland, is the nation’s premier platform for recognising the success of Irish marketing professionals and acknowledging their major contribution to the ongoing process of strengthening the economy of our island. These awards are considered the ‘Oscars’ of the industry.
The Londis and SPAR marketing teams have also been shortlisted at the AIM Awards. SPAR in the category Sponsorship Management Award, for the SPAR FAI Primary School 5s sponsorship while Londis is shortlisted in the Advertising Campaign category for their Londis Listens campaign, which was designed to emphasise just how connected the brand is to its customer base.
It promises to be a busy night on May 19th for the Londis team as they are also shortlisted as a TAMI (Ireland’s TV Planning Awards) Award Finalist in the sponsorship category for Ireland’s Fittest Family with both ceremonies on the same night.
Londis has already achieved prestigious success this year as the brand won the Best B2C category award for their National Advertising and social media campaign, ‘Overheard in Londis’, featuring Liam and Des at the prestigious Eir Spider Awards 2022.
This highly competitive category recognised Londis’ submission as a compelling, provocative B2C campaign that successfully drove brand awareness, perceptions, and performance. Looking for big, bold, provocative, aspirational, emotional work the judges selected Londis’ very popular campaign as the winner.
The MACE brand was also represented at the Eir Spider Awards as they were finalists in the Best Integrated Media Campaign/Strategy category for our MACE Smiles with Johnny Sexton programme.
