BWG Foods’ Brevato Coffee opened the doors to its brand-new Café in Limerick city centre on Wednesday 29th July. Brevato Coffee has grown from an elevated bean to cup offering, available in over 80 high profile SPAR, EUROSPAR, MACE and Londis stores nationwide and one Café in Dublin, to opening another Café now on Thomas Street, in Limerick. This new venture is a continuation of BWG’s commitment to delivering the latest food and beverage options in partnership with their local retailers.

As well as exceptional coffee, the Brevato Café in Limerick is serving handcrafted schiacciata, with a signature recipe developed exclusively for Brevato, and baked in Limerick by the local bakers at 061 Bakery. This crisp, Tuscan bread, with an airy centre is filled with a whole range of fillings including meats from local award-winning O’Connell Butchers.

Niamh Preston, BWG Foods’ Category and Innovation Director, said, “We are delighted to bring the Brevato Café experience to Limerick as the next step in our brand’s growth journey. With over 80 bean-to-cup locations nationwide and with one Café at Dublin’s IFSC, this new opening is an exciting new phase for Brevato. Alongside our elevated coffee offering, the new Brevato Café in Limerick features an exceptional menu of bespoke sandwiches made using our unique recipe schiacciata bread, delivering a distinctive and high-quality lunch experience. BWG Foods is focussed on driving the latest food and beverage innovations in collaboration with our retail partners, and we wish Sinead Roche every success with this new venture.”

Sinead Roche, local owner and operator of Brevato Café Limerick said, “It is very exciting to be opening the doors of Brevato Café here in Limerick, offering our signature sandwiches made with produce from local suppliers, and paired with exceptional coffee from Brevato. The development of the food menu has been carefully considered and only the finest ingredients chosen to pair with our unique schiacciata bread.
