Talty’s MACE Lissycasey recognised for Best Bakery Offering

Clare retailer was named as Ireland’s Best Bakery Offering at the prestigious awards ceremony in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel recently
Ireland’s top retailers and brands gathered at the iconic hotel in the heart of Dublin on Tuesday, July 3 for awards ceremony. Together with master of ceremonies, Sile Seoige, Checkout welcomed more than 300 guests from across the industry. A total of 27 awards were presented, celebrating the industry’s finest stores and people in a diverse range of categories.
Talty’s MACE, Lissycasey beat off stiff competition to scoop the Best Bakery Offering award on the day. Other awards presented included the Best Fresh Logistics/Supply Chain Operation award won by BWG Foods’ National Distribution Centre. BWG Foods are the owners and operators of the MACE brand in Ireland.
Celebrating the win, retailer Cathal Talty said: “We are thrilled to be presented with Ireland’s Best Bakery Offering award at the ceremony. Our staff here in Talty’s MACE, Lissycasey have worked extremely hard over the last year and we are very proud of the results we have achieved. Our bakery offering is a key element of our in-store offering and we are truly very proud with this industry recognition.”
